When I first heard of the StyleRide Boutique — which is literally a boutique on wheels my jaw dropped. I became even more enamored with it when I found out the concept was created by two moms — BRILLIANT!
Owners Jen Nemerow and Cindy Perkins combined their love of fashion and styling and decided to help out other busy mamas. Let’s face it, it’s not easy to get out shopping for yourself when you have kids — most times we have to take the kiddos with us and when we do it ends up being a nightmare (remember my experience at South Moon Under??) Soooo, the StyleRide Boutique drives fashion to YOU!
We set up a time and on a sunny afternoon, Jen and Cindy parked the boutique outside of my home and I simply stepped out of my front door, went up 3 small steps into the fashion truck and I was ready to shop! How amazing is that?! And yes, it’s complete with a fitting room and mirrors.
Excited about this concept, I put together a video to introduce you to Jen and Cindy so that you can see the StyleRide for yourself!
You can request the StyleRide and host a party in your neighborhood or with friends and you earn hostess rewards. While they were here in Alexandria I had a few of my neighbors come by and even my friend, mom and creator of Cozywoggle Cherlyn Jenkins came by to do some shopping!
Jen and Cindy say “StyleRide Boutique is a fresh concept in shopping — we bring affordable women’s fashions and accessories to the busy customer, mostly moms, in a modern fashion truck. Our customers are delighted to have shopping come to them!” I always appreciate women, especially moms in business who are working to facilitate the lives of other moms and looking for solutions to problems. Much love to Jen and Cindy and thank you for helping keep mamas everywhere super stylish and helping them feel beautiful.
I ended up choosing the striped zipped cardigan and the leather trimmed vest — it’s been too warm to wear but now that it’s cooling down, it’s going to coming on! Come to think of it, they need to get back to Alexandria soon — maybe a coffee and shopping morning with the moms at the preschool — what do you say ladies?
