For the holiday season as part of a sponsored post for Collective Bias® I purchased the Wonderstruck Enchanted perfume set to highlight a great last minute Christmas present idea.
I am a last minute Christmas present shopper. I repeat, I am a last minute shopper — always. I don’t know what it is, but I just can’t bring myself to shop for Christmas presents very early.
Maybe I got it from my father — he would drag me out on the 24th to shop for my mother and my siblings and let me pick out a little something extra (score!) No matter what I suggest for my mother, he would ALWAYS end up getting her a fragrance or perfume set, saying “es mucho mejor que comprar un perfume grande — si no le gusta, no importa por que el gasto no fue tanto” // ” It’s better than buying a regular sized perfume — if she doesn’t like it, it doesn’t matter because it was a good price.”
Now as adults, he still gets my mother a perfume set (even though they are separated!) but now he’s decided the rest of us should receive them too — including my brother who gets a cologne set. We think it’s pretty funny and truthfully, it’s now become part of our Christmas tradition. We say Navidad wouldn’t be the same without our papá’s holiday fragrance gift set!
And he’s right — the sets, which can be found at Walmart are great value and they are especially ideal as last minute Christmas presents. There is always someone you overlooked on your list, a Secret Santa or a work White Elephant you need to contribute to.
I’m pretty sure the Wonderstruck Enchanted by Taylor Swift (red bottle!) set is a favorite this year — and to keep you in the festive mood each set comes with a free holiday ring tone. There are many Christmas songs I love, but anything by Michael Bublé works for me so I’m going with his version of Holly Jolly Christmas.
If you are still looking for more Christmas presents, have a look at the Live SoFab Holiday Digital Magazine which is sure to help spark a few gift ideas!
Have a wonderful festive season and get out there and get your shopping done (I’m going to take my own advice, I promise!)
