We’ve all done it.
Trying to get into those jeans — pulling them up as far as they go, up over the hips and above the belly button making sure nothing spills out. Sucking in air and then trying to button and zip them.
Or telling yourself “let me sit down and stretch them out a bit” and then doing the trying-as-hard-as-you-can-to-get-into-these-f-ing-jeans dance only to give up and realize, they JUST DON’T FIT.
With Fitness on the Run I’ve been not only working out and regaining strength but focusing on my eating and damn it’s hard!
However, I decided to measure my success by a pair of jeans and not obsessing over the scale. See video for tips and stop obsessing over the numbers on the scale.
